Summary

PayGlobal Scheduling uses an application called PayGlobal Schedule Server (PayGlobalScheduleServer.exe) to perform the following processes:

• Run reports
• Send and receive email
• Process a pay automatically.

You can schedule these processes to run at a specific time. For example, every day, every hour or even every 15 minutes.

Function

The Scheduler entity contains a list of Schedule Rules, and instructions for when and how often the rules will run. The order in which they are run is determined by the rank of the Schedule Rule in the Scheduler.

Process

Scheduling uses the following process:

1. Set up Schedule Rules.
2. Add Schedule Rules to the Scheduler.
3. After running the Scheduling process, PayGlobal logs the process in Scheduling History.

Run Schedule

To run a schedule at any time, right-click the Scheduler record in the grid and select Run Schedule.
