If you select “Yes”, then a Weeks Absent field is displayed on the transaction form for this allowance. The value that you enter in the Weeks Absent field is added to the employee’s Payroll | Leave | O/s tab | Absent weeks field when you close the pay.
You should select “Yes” only when the allowance Type = A, C, H, S or V.
