Expense allowance (UK)

Note: This field is not used in the calculation of an allowance.

The employee’s Payroll | Payroll | Accum(ii) tab contains two accumulators:

• YTD expenses
• YTD (non) expense.

The Expense allowance field controls which accumulator the allowance belongs to.

• Yes

  Expense allowances are totalled in the YTD expenses field.

• No

  Non-expense allowances are totalled in the YTD (non) expense field.
