Employee Super Funds Validation

When you save an Employee Super Funds record, Exolvo applies the validation rules. Employee Super Funds records must be unique. You cannot save the record if:

1. It is current (Active = "Yes"), and save date is between the Start and End dates

   and

2. The employee already has an Employee Super Funds record that is also current, and has the same values in the Superannuation Fund Code, Member ID, and Other Member ID fields.

If duplicate records exist, then the following warning appears:

Note: If you model an Employee Super Funds record, then Exolvo does not check if the original record has Active = "No" or whether the Start and End dates make it inactive.
