After you successfully import the RESC transactions into Exolvo, you can access the pay sequence in Transaction View to check the transactions.
Imported RESC transactions have the following values set by default:
Field |
Value |
Details |
Details tab |
||
Quantity |
0 |
Zero ensures that if you incorrectly change Recalculate to "Yes", then Transaction total is not populated. |
Rate Code |
First override rate in Exolvo |
These values ensure that if you incorrectly change Recalculate to "Yes", then Transaction total is not populated. |
Rate |
0.00 |
|
Transaction total |
0.00 |
Transaction total relates to the superannuation contribution, not the RESC amount. No contributions are being imported so this field is not used. |
Recalculate |
No |
When you process the pay, Exolvo will not recalculate this transaction. RESC and other transaction values are not changed. |
Text tab |
||
Super Fund Code |
Blank or Relevant value from EmplSuperFund table. |
If the SuperFund Code was not populated then this value will be blank. If the SuperFund Code was populated, then this field will contain the appropriate Super Fund Code. If the import process was unable to select an appropriate superannuation fund, then you should select one based on the information in the Text field. |
Notes: Other non-imported fields use standard default values. The imported transaction creates values in the RESC Super Cargo areas. If proportional costing is enabled, then it will be applied. |
