What can Employees do in ESS?
Depending on which modules and functionality your company is using, employees can use ESS to perform the following procedures:
- Check and update their personal details.
- Apply for leave, view their leave history and view current and projected leave balances.
- Edit and delete leave requests that their manager has approved.
- View their scheduled roster.
- Enter timesheets and payroll transactions and submit to their manager for approval.
- View their payslips and earnings summaries.
- Access company policies and procedures.
- View their employment history including training and workplace incidents.
- View the organisational chart.
- Notify managers of accidents or injuries.
- View existing hazards and notify managers of new hazards.
- View their Learning & Development history, submit a course booking request, and create a Development plan.
