Customise Columns

You can select which columns are displayed in the grid.

Note: Your Self-Service Administrator sets the columns that are available.

The following example explains how to include the Department code and Department description columns in the grid.

  1. Click the Show layout link Show layout link.
  2. Scroll down the Available columns list until you can see Department code.

    Note: Alternatively, click in the Available columns pane and press d until Department code is highlighted.

  3. Click Department code to select it.
  4. Press Ctrl while you click the Department description column to add both columns.
  5. Click the Add button.

    You have added the Department code and Department description columns to the grid.

Now you can group employees by their department (see Grouping).
