Director Fees

In STP Phase 1 - Director Fees was part of "Gross Payments"

In STP Phase 2 - Director Fees are reported separately as requirement of Services Australia

Any allowances representing payments classified as OTE that are paid to a person performing duties as Director must have the ATO Reporting Category set to "Director fees".

Exceptions:

• Bonuses - See Bonuses and Commissions
• Reportable Allowance types
