Outbox

The Outbox stores reports until you send them by running the Send and Receive command. After the contents of the Outbox are successfully sent, copies of the reports are stored in Sent Items.

Report Queues

When you run the Send and Receive command, the first report generated is the first report sent. If a report cannot be sent due to a problem such as an invalid email address, then Exolvo will stop the Send and Receive process. The ‘problem’ report and any reports created after it will remain in the Outbox.

Troubleshooting Report Queues

If a report cannot be sent, then:

  1. Run the report again making sure that the email address is correct.
  2. Delete the old report from the Outbox.
  3. Run Send and Receive again.
