Deleted Items stores report files that you delete from any other Local Folders. If you accidentally delete a report file, then you can use the Deleted Items file as a backup. For example, if you accidentally deleted a report file from the Inbox, then you could drag-and-drop the report file from Deleted Items back into the Inbox.
You should regularly delete files from Deleted Items.
Important: You cannot retrieve files after you delete them from Deleted Items.
