The information displayed in the payslip depends on the options that you selected in the report settings.
A standard Australian A4 Designer Payslip contains the following sections:
Employee name, workarea and position; employer name and ABN; pay period and payment date.
Details about taxable allowances paid to the employee, such as their wage/salary and leave transactions.
Details about non-taxable allowances paid to the employee, such as meal allowance transactions.
Breakdown of deductions from the employees pay, such as an alternate bank account, student loan repayment and PAYG.
Total amount paid to the employee. If the employee uses direct credit, you can include their bank account number.
Employee's current year-to-date balances, such as taxable earnings and PAYG.
Employee's current leave balances.
Details of the employee's superannuation transactions.
Important: This report will run correctly only if superannuation funds are set up in accordance with the Australian Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice manual (available from the website library). For example, superannuation allowances must be non-paying because paying allowances are not displayed in the Superannuation section of the report.
