You can use the History Analysis tool to show an employee’s historical transactions. This example looks at Bryan Brown's deduction transactions; he has contributed to the Westpac superannuation fund. Byran's deductions are filtered by Superannuation quarter to date, and grouped by Super QTD and Pay Sequence.
In this example, Bryan’s history is viewed by Allowances, filtered by Superannuation quarter to date, and grouped by Code. Filters are applied on the Sort and Transaction Description columns to display only non-paying allowance transactions for Westpac.
