Historical or Pre-upgrade Transactions

If you upgrade your database to a Exolvo version with enhanced superannuation part-way through a pay, and then process that pay after the upgrade, Exolvo will include Super Fund Code values and bank account information for allowances and deductions linked to the Employee Super Fund where:

  1. Superannuation transactions were generated by Exolvo superannuation payroll rules.
  2. You manually added transactions to the current pay after the upgrade.

If you have payroll rules that use UDFs to create superannuation records, then you can update those payroll rules so that a Super Fund Code values and bank account information are included in superannuation transactions.

Exolvo will not include Super Fund Code values and bank account information in historical transactions or transactions that you added manually or by a permanent transaction to the current pay before you upgraded.

Important: You cannot retrospectively add Super Fund Code values or bank account information to these transactions.

Adding Super Fund Code values or bank account information to historical or pre-upgrade transactions is chargeable consultant work.
