SuperPartners Pty Ltd require only Employer, Employee and Salary Sacrifice contribution data so contributions that employees have made to Other Members superannuation funds are excluded.

Exolvo automatically produces a PayGlobal readable report and an export file when you run the report.

The export file has the same file name as the readable report, but the file extension is.txt, and in Local Folders the export file name has the suffix “(text file)” to distinguish it from the readable report.

SuperPartners Pty Ltd currently service the following superannuation funds: HESTA, Australian Super, CBus, HostPlus, MTAA. Even though you specify which Superannuation Fund records you want to report on, you still need to specify which superannuation fund the reported data represents by selecting the correct option in the report settings Fund ID field.

When negative values occur, the PayGlobal readable report includes the following warning below the totals: "Warning: Negative values on this report will be exported as zero. Please contact SuperPartners to adjust values for these employees as required."
