Prerequisites

Leave requests will flow into Daily View only in the following conditions:

• The leave request was approved before the Roster or Time & Attendance period spanning the request was opened (request is assigned to module F).

  Pay in advance = No.

  This setting is on the form that employees use to submit a leave request. This field is configurable and may be hidden.

  

  If Pay in advance = Yes, then the leave request is not split. The whole request is assigned to module "P" and waits to be tagged for processing in Payroll.

• The PayGlobal Period calendar must be set up in advance to allow employees to apply for leave in advance. This enables ESS to split the leave request into pay periods.
• If you use Rostering, then employees must have a roster attached to their record.
