Leave Request Search

The Leave Request Search function allows the assigned employee or WAP to search for leave requests. For example, the payroll person can use this role to check that all leave requests that should be paid in the period are approved before the payroll is processed.

To search for leave requests:

  1. Click Leave Request Search.
  2. Enter the parameters for your search.

    All of the fields are optional, so if you leave all fields blank and click the Submit button, then you will see all leave requests in the system.

  3. Click Submit.

If the company is large or there are many leave requests in the system, then searching for all leave requests will be very slow and the query may time out. In this situation, you should select as many parameters as possible to reduce the number of results.

The following parameters limit the number of leave requests returned.
