This example shows the leave calculation for an employee who takes leave (Monday to Friday) with the following settings.

Leave units required source = Avg Profiled Hrs
The employee has the following profiled and rostered hours.

If Pay non rostered days = Yes, then the employee is paid 25 hours (6+5+4+5+5 = 25).
If Pay non rostered days = No, then the employee is paid 20 hours (6+5+4+5 = 20). The 5 profiled hours on Friday is not included in the calculation because the employee is not rostered to work Friday.
