When you want to leave ESS, click Logout on the navigation menu to return to the Login page.
The ESS website displays confidential information, so you should always complete the logout process before closing your web browser.
Timeout
The ESS website will ‘timeout’ if you have been inactive for a set period of time. The default time period is 20 minutes, but this is set according to your company’s requirements.
