Recall timesheet
When an employee's timesheet has been approved, the manager and Timesheet Admin can see the Recall timesheet button. When you click Recall timesheet:
- You return to the Manager Timesheets grid and the following message appears: The timesheet has been recalled and is now available for editing.
- The employee is notified by email that their timesheet was recalled and can be edited.
- The timesheet is reverted back to a Not submitted state.
The Recall timesheet option is no longer available when the timesheet is finalised.
