Employee Competencies
You can view competencies for employees who report directly to you.
Use the following procedure to view the competencies that an employee who reports to you has achieved.
- In the navigation menu, click Manager Learning & Development | Employee Competencies.
The Employee Competencies grid appears.
- Click the View details icon
for the required employee.The employee’s My Competencies page appears.
- Select the period that you require in the History period combo.

- Click the View details icon
to view the prerequisites for the competency.
- Click Cancel to return to the Employee Competencies page.
