Employee Grid Reports

Employee grid reports allow managers to log on to ESS to view and print information about the employees who are positioned below the manager in the organisational chart. This information is displayed in a grid format.

Important: Your Self-Service Administrator configures the columns that are available and the data that is displayed, so your grid reports may not appear the same as the images in this section.

To create an Employee grid report:

• In the navigation menu, click Manager Options | Employee Grid Reports.

  The Employee Grid Reports page appears.
