If the details are incorrect
You have two options:
- Click Decline to decline the incident. A popup appears and you must enter a decline reason.
- Click Edit to open the form and change any incorrect information.
The following message appears: Workflow has been approved.
When the manager approves the incident, the incident record is written to the PayGlobal database so that the information can be accessed by the HR Department.
The incident remains in the manager’s and the employee’s Active Items - History tab. The manager and employee can view the incident and investigation details, but they cannot edit them.
Important: If the HR Department makes any changes to the incident in PayGlobal, then the changes are not reflected in the incident details displayed in ESS.
