Employee Details

You can view and update details for employees who report directly to you.

Use the following procedure to open an employee’s record.

  1. In the Navigation menu, click Manager Options | Employee Details.

    The Employees grid appears.

  2. Click the View details icon Embedded GIF File 0% Template for the required employee.

    The employee’s record opens on the Details | Personal (i) tab page.

  3. Click the required tabs to view the employee’s details.

    Some of the employee’s details are displayed on read-only forms, but you can update active fields for the employee and click Submit to save your changes to the database.

    Note: If the Edit details icon Embedded GIF File 0% Template is displayed beside a record (as shown below), then you can click the icon to open the corresponding form in edit mode.

  4. Use the drop-down Employee list or click the Prev and Next links in the top-right corner to navigate through the employees who report to you. You do not need to return to the employee selection page to move to another employee record.
