A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a target, goal, or an objective.
You need to click the edit icon
beside each Key Performance Indicator record on the Performance Review page, and then complete your rating and supporting comments.
The different sections of the Key Performance Indicator page are explained in the following table and image.

Weighting (%): KPIs are weighted in relation to their importance. For example, ‘30’ is very important; ‘10’ is not as important. |

Employee rating: Rate your performance for this KPI. These ratings are configured by your Performance Admin. |

Employee comment: List your key achievements to support or reinforce the rating that you gave yourself. |

Documents: Click |
|
Submit: Submit your completed KPI to return to the My Performance Review page. |
