Key Performance Indicators

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a target, goal, or an objective.

You need to click the edit icon Embedded GIF File 0% Template beside each Key Performance Indicator record on the Performance Review page, and then complete your rating and supporting comments.

The different sections of the Key Performance Indicator page are explained in the following table and image.

1 Stamp

Weighting (%): KPIs are weighted in relation to their importance. For example, ‘30’ is very important; ‘10’ is not as important.

2 Stamp_75

Employee rating: Rate your performance for this KPI. These ratings are configured by your Performance Admin.

3 Stamp

Employee comment: List your key achievements to support or reinforce the rating that you gave yourself.

2 Stamp

Documents: Click Add icon to attach a document or image that relates to your performance.

5 Stamp

Submit: Submit your completed KPI to return to the My Performance Review page.
