Open a Manual Pay

In this example, you have just processed and closed Standard Pay # W/1, and now you need to open a manual pay to add some irregular transactions.

1. Double-click the Exolvo icon on your desktop.

   The PayGlobal Login box appears. In this example, you will log on as the SUPER user and your password is "PAYGLOBAL".

2. Enter the following values:

   Field	Value
   Login ID	SUPER
   Note: The Login ID defaults to upper case.
   Password	PAYGLOBAL
   Note: Passwords are case sensitive.

   

3. Click OK.

   The main window appears.

4. In the tree, navigate to Payroll | Open Manual Pay.

   

5. Double-click Open Manual Pay.

   Note: In this example, you can open a manual pay because you have already opened a standard pay.

   The Select Periods list appears.

   

6. Double-click W – Weekly.

   An audit log Confirm message appears.

   

7. Press Enter or click Yes.

   The audit log shows that you successfully opened Manual Pay # 195.

8. Press Esc to return to the main window.
