Set submission method (auto/manual)

Overview

To help streamline your STP submission process, there is a field on the Periods entity called Automate STP on close pay. This field controls whether to automatically send your Pay Event submission to the ATO once the pay is successfully closed; or to make submissions a manual process.

• No (default) = submit manually
• Yes = submit automatically once the pay has closed

You can use the Model Field feature to copy the setting of the Automate STP on close pay field to one or more pay period records. It is recommended to use this feature if your PayGlobal database has many pay periods that will use the same submission process.
