Troubleshooting - Submissions failing after upgrade

Overview

You've upgraded your PayGlobal database version and the submissions sent after upgrade are failing. You've check the Submissions Messages window and it displays:

"STP client certificate thumbprint not specified".

This means that as part of the upgrade process, the person doing the upgrade has not updated the PayGlobal.Business.Net.dll.config.

Problem is that the "Host" and/or "Thumbprint" values will be empty
