You must process and close the standard pay before you process and close the manual pay with termination payments or the manual pay will not process unsuccessfully.
Open Transaction View for Standard Pay #W/1 and select Linda Johnstone’s record.
Check that Standard Pay #W/1 contains Linda’s final week’s pay.
