This tab page contains Employee Termination Leave Credits makeup records. If the employee's leave credits have Payout on termination = "Yes" and Payout Method = "ETP", Exolvo automatically copies them into the Employee Termination when you save the record. See Leave Credits.

The Employee Termination Leave Credits | Details tab contains the following fields:

Leave Credit |
Leave Credits record used to accumulate values for the employee. |
Start date End date |
Start and end dates of the leave credit. |
Balance |
Employee's leave credit balance. |
Allowances |
Balance of all allowance quantities that have contributed towards this leave credit. |
Outstanding rate |
This rate is derived from a rollover rule or the rule/rate in the employee's Leave Credit Table. |
Liability |
Read-only. Total monetary amount that the company will pay out to the employee for their leave credits. |
Allowance |
Allowance used to pay out leave credits on termination. You can select only allowances that have Paying = "Yes", Type = "V. Leave Credit Paid", and the same Leave Credit to pay code as the Leave Credit. |
