Create Superannuation Funds

Superannuation Fund records store information that can be used to generate superannuation allowances and deductions, as well as information for reporting.

The following topics explain how to create a Superannuation Fund record for Construction and Building Industry Super (CBUS).

1. Navigate to the Payroll | Superannuation | Superannuation Fund grid.
2. Add the following record:

   Field	Data
   Code	CBUS
   Description	Const & Building Ind Super

3. Complete the tab page fields as shown in the following topics.

   Important: After you save a Superannuation Fund, you can edit an allowance or deduction code only if no transactions exist for that code. If you cannot change the code, then a Warning message appears.
