Group by Employee Code

This example explains how to group the Employee Super Funds grid by Employee Code to check employees who are attached to multiple superannuation funds.

  1. In the Employee Super Funds | View Grid Layouts tab, click your customised layout name and then press Ctrl+Q to activate it.
  2. In the Employee Super Funds | View Entities tab, drag-and-drop the Employee Code header into the grouping area.
  3. Click the Full Expand button Embedded GIF File 0% Template to see all records.
  4. Press Ctrl+E and save the report as an Excel file.

Employees could have multiple active Employee Super Funds because they are making employee contributions to other superannuation funds or changing superannuation funds in the current pay period.
