Time & Attendance

Time & Attendance and Rostering

If you use Time & Attendance and Rostering, then you will manage the leave request in the roster, which will then flow through to Actuals.

Note: Leave Requests are handled in a similar way to statutory holidays.

 

Time & Attendance only

If you use Time & Attendance only, then the Uses clocks setting determines whether you can view an employee’s leave request in Actuals view immediately after opening the Actuals.

To check the Uses clocks field, open an employee’s record and navigate to T&A/Rostering | Actuals | Details tab.

After the leave requests are pulled into Actuals Daily View, you can complete your standard procedures. For example:
