Troubleshooting

If you cannot see a payslip report PDF, then do the following:

• Open PayGlobal Document View
  • Check that a payslip was created for this employee
  • Check that the Published checkbox is ticked on the payslip.
• Review the access level settings for the folders in the employee’s ESS Security Profile.
