Timesheets are made up of one or more timebands - generally one timeband for each area that the employee has worked in each day. An employee can view, add and edit timebands in their timesheet. When an employee completes their timesheet for the period, they must submit it to their manager for approval.
After a manager approves timesheets, the Timesheet Admin (or Self-Service Scheduler) finalises the approved timesheets. The timebands are then written to specific CSV files for import into PayGlobal.
