Configure Timesheets

Note: The following functionality is available in PayGlobal MYOB PayGlobal, and only if your PayGlobal serial number includes licensing for Employee Self-Service.

You must set up and attach Timesheet Settings records to employees to enable them to enter timesheets in ESS. Timesheet Settings control how ESS handles timesheets for employees.

The "You cannot use self service to enter timesheets" message appears when an employee clicks My Time in ESS in the following situations:

• The employee does not have a Timesheet Settings record.
• The employee has a timesheet record with Timesheet type = "0. No timesheets".
• A timesheet has not been generated in ESS for the employee.

This section explains how to set up Timesheet Settings records, and then attach them to employee records.
