Recall timesheet
When an employee's timesheet has been approved, the manager and Timesheet Admin can see the Recall timesheet button. When you click Recall timesheet:
- You return to the Timesheets Admin grid and the following message appears: The timesheet has been recalled and is now available for editing.
- The employee is notified by email that their timesheet was recalled and can be edited.
- The timesheet is reverted back to a Not submitted state.
- When the employee views the timesheet in My Time, it is in the state that it was before the timesheet was approved.
