2. Timebands by timesheet - Day by day

Employee's timesheet may automatically display the start and end times that they were scheduled to work. The employee can submit their timesheet daily and their manager can approve those timesheets each day.

When your company is using Day by day, the first cells for each day are coloured to show the status of the timesheet for the day. This example uses the following colours.

In the timesheet image above:

• Monday's timeband was submitted and has been approved by the manager.
• Tuesday's timeband was submitted, but has not been approved.
• The remaining timebands have not been submitted.
