Maintain Behaviours

Behaviours are typically part of your company's values, mission or vision statements. One set of behaviours applies to everyone in your company.

When an employee completes their performance view, they need to add ratings and comments to their behaviours.

To add behaviours:

  1. Click Maintain Behaviours.
  2. Click the Add Behaviour button.

    The Add Behaviour form appears.

  3. Repeat this process until you have created all of the required behaviours.
