Add competency and qualification outcomes

When you submit a new competency or qualification and click the Submit button below the Qualifications grid, ESS:

• creates an Employee Admin item on the admin's Active Items | History tab.
• creates a Qualification or Competency record on the Training tab in the employee's My Details section of ESS.
• creates the applicable record on the My Qualifications and My Competencies pages in the Learning & Development section.
• creates a Qualification or Competency record on the applicable page in the Employee | Appointments section of PayGlobal.

  

• Updates the audit log in PayGlobal.
