Forgotten Your Password?

If you forget your password, then you need to complete the following steps.

1. Click Forgotten your password?

   The New Password page appears.

   

2. Enter your Username.
3. Click Next.

   The password questions appear.

   

   Your company selects the questions that you must answer correctly. The example above uses three security questions, but you may see a different number of questions.

4. Type answers to the questions.
5. Click Submit.

   If you answer the security questions correctly, then your password will be emailed to you.

   

6. Click the Login page button.
7. Type your username and the new password.
8. Click Login.

After you log in successfully, you should change your password (see Change Password).
