Complete Assessment

When you have completed:

an Employee rating for each KPI , your KPIs score is calculated,
an Employee rating for each behaviour , your Behaviours score is calculated.

When both of the scores fields are calculated, you can submit your changes, then click Complete Assessment to send your performance review to your manager.

The calculations of these scores are explained below the image.

This table shows how the KPI score in the example below is calculated.

Behaviours score

Employee ratings are assigned values. In this example, A = 5; B = 3; C = 1.

Using the Employee ratings here , (A = 5)+( B = 3)+(A = 5)

Total = 13 divided by 3 (number of ratings) = 4.33 .

Overall

The overall score is an average of the KPIs and Behaviours scores.

Using the scores shown in the image above, 3.45 + 4.33 = 7.78.

7.78 divided by 2 = 3.89 (Overall score ).
