Key Performance Indicators

A KPI is a Key Performance Indicator — a target, a goal or an objective.

You need to click the edit icon Embedded GIF File 0% Template beside each Key Performance Indicator record on the Performance Review page, and then complete the KPI.

The different sections of the Key Performance Indicator page are explained in the following table and image.

1 Stamp

Weighting (%): KPIs are weighted in relation to their importance. For example, ‘30’ is very important; ‘10’ is not as important.

Employee rating: The employee's performance rating for this KPI. These ratings are configured by your company.

3 Stamp

Employee comment: The employee's list of key achievements to support or reinforce the rating that they gave themself.

Manager rating: Rate the employee's performance for this KPI. These ratings are configured by your company.

5 Stamp

Manager comment: Enter a comment to support or reinforce the rating that you gave the employee, and to give feedback about the comment that they wrote.

6 Stamp

Documents: Click Add icon to attach a document or image that relates to the employee's performance. If the employee has attached a document, then click the link to open the file.

7 Stamp

Submit: Submit the completed KPI to return to the Performance Reviews page.
