ESS functions that are available to managers only are in the Manager Options folder. Use these options to complete procedures relating to the employees that you are responsible for.
This document explains the functions in the Manager Options folder.
How do I view help?
To view field level help, hold your cursor over an information icon 
.
To view page level help, click the help button on the top-right of the page (if your company is using this functionality).
Note: Some Manager's forms use the same form flow and help key as Employee's forms. In these eight situations, the help always goes to the Employee manual so employees are not given access to the Manager manual. For example, the Employee's New Request form uses the same help key as the Manager's On Behalf of form so you will see the New Request help topic in the Employee manual.
