You can use My Roster to see public holidays, your booked leave, and when you are expected to work.
The information that you see will depend on how PayGlobal was set up to handle leave for you. Ask your payroll person which leave request setup you have.
This section explains the following setups:
ESS will use the profiled hours that are set up in PayGlobal for you. If you work the same hours every week, then you will probably have profiled hours.
ESS will use the roster that has been set up in PayGlobal for you. If the days that you work follow a pattern, which may change over a number of weeks, then you may have rostered hours.
If you work different hours and days each week, then the days that you are expected to work will probably not be set up in PayGlobal for you. If you do not have profiled or rostered hours, then you cannot use My Roster to see when you are scheduled to work.
If you cannot use ESS to submit your leave requests, then you cannot use My Roster to see when you are scheduled to work.
