Period PTDs

Period PTDs define the number of days in each pay period. For example, if you want to pay employees every week, then your database must contain a Period PTD record for each week.

  1. Navigate to Organisation | General Periods | Period PTDs.
  2. Double-click a Period PTDs record (such as W14.01) to open it.

The Details tab contains the following fields:

    Field

    Details

    Date from

    Date to

Define the start and end dates of the Period PTD.

    Payment date

In Australian and UK databases, the Payment date determines the taxation rules for the pay sequence. In Fiji and NZ databases, Exolvo uses the Period End date to determine taxation rules for the pay sequence.
