Period-to-date records allow you to group payments into categories. These categories can be called accumulators or accruals, and they categorise stored values for reporting purposes. Every open pay has a self-generated number. For reporting, you simply select a period-to-date (such as PTD or MTD) and the date range that you require, and Exolvo sorts your information accordingly.
