The PayGlobal application sends data to the MYOB SBR service (also known as MYOB Agency API) which is then responsible for queuing and submitting data to the ATO.
Data is transported via HTTPS using mutual authentication. (see MYOB SSL Certificate for more details).
Once the data leaves your environment the payroll data itself is not viewable at any point. Metadata is available to MYOB SBR Service to monitor the overall performance of the system.
The MYOB SBR service is an ATO registered SBR Sending Service Provider (SSP). You can read more on the ATO website (https://www.ato.gov.au/General/Gen/Cloud-software-authentication-and-authorisation/?page=1)
The ATO will process an STP submission (this may take up to 72 hours).
The PayGlobal application queries the MYOB SBR service on demand for submission results, which are then displayed to the user.
