Reporting
Most legislative and compliance reports are run for a period code. You have set up a non-paying period for virtual employees so they will not be included in these reports.
Ensure that Print to EMS = "No" (Employer Monthly Schedule file that is sent to the IRD once or twice a month).

Transaction View and Daily View
When you open these views, you will normally select a pay period, so virtual employees will be excluded because they are attached to their own period. However, there may be times when you don't select a pay. For example, when you are completing maintenance in Transaction View, such as adding permanent transactions to employees. In these situations, ensure that you apply the query you set up to exclude virtual employees.
