Request Acknowledgement
When you have completed editing an employee's performance review, and clicked save:
- The Manager rating
is complete for each KPI and behaviour so the KPIs and Behaviours scores
are calculated. For an example of how the KPIs score is calculated, see Employee - Submit performance review. - The View as PDF button is visible at the bottom of the page, so you should print the report and then organise a meeting to discuss with the employee. You can update the review after the discussion.
- The Request Acknowledge button is available at the bottom of the page. When you click this button, the review is sent to the employee so they can compare scores and read your feedback. The employee is notified by email that their review is almost complete, and they need to check it and acknowledge your changes.
When the employee acknowledges the request, they can add a comment, so check the comment and then click Complete to complete the request.
The request will now appear in the Completed section of the Employee Performance Reviews page.
