Cancel

Only displayed when a submission "Failed".

Clicking this button changes the status from "Failed" to "Error" and prevents users having to keep track this submission any longer.

Send

This button displays for pay periods setup for manual submission. Clicking the send button initiates the STP submission process.

When you click this button the Sender Declaration form is displayed.

Resend

Allows you to resend a submission with a status of "Failed"

Please refer to the Submission Messages to determine how to correct the data if needed.

Messages

Opens the Submission Messages form allowing you to view all error/failure messages received for this submission. See Viewing submission messages for further details

Refresh

Checks for new messages for each submission still in progress and updates the submission status (if applicable).

This button opens the Submission Details form. This allows you to access the payload data and support information. See Viewing submission data for further details
